CME (Doctors & Nurses)

What CME courses do you run?
HALO (high-acuity/low-occurrence skills), Airway & Procedural Skills, POCUS for Acute Care, and targeted refreshers. See dates: /cme or /calendar.

Do your CME days provide Category 1 credits and certificates?
Yes—courses marked “CME” award Cat-1 CME and certificates of completion issued the same day (or within 24h for late finishers).

Who teaches?
International ER doctors with simulation faculty experience. Tight instructor-to-learner ratios and OSCE-style assessments.

Is it simulation-based? What equipment is used?
Yes—manikins, task trainers (airway, IO, chest drain), AED trainers, ultrasound (for POCUS), scenario timers, and checklists.

Any prerequisites?
CME courses are for licensed doctors and nurses (EM/ICU/Anesthesia/Urgent Care/Acute Med). Bring your professional ID.

Where are CME courses held?
Abu Dhabi: at our simulation facilities or approved partner venues. Venue and parking details appear at booking checkout and in your confirmation email.

How many seats per day?
Typically 18–25 per course (shown on the booking page).

What should I wear/bring?
Comfortable clinical attire, ID, and willingness to participate in scenarios. We provide all training kit and handouts.

How do I book?
Choose your date on /cme or /calendar and complete payment to secure a seat.

Pricing & payment methods?
Displayed on each course page. We accept card payment online (and invoice for group bookings).

Reschedule/cancellation?
Free reschedule ≥7 days before the course. Reschedule <48h or cancellations may incur a fee—see /policies.

Workplace (Companies · Schools · Hotels · Gyms)

What do workplace courses cover?
Practical CPR/AED, choking, bleeding control, recovery position, anaphylaxis/EpiPen, plus scenario drills tailored to your site. Optional equipment audit & written SOP recommendations.

On-site or at your facilities?
Either. We deliver on-site at your venue or at our simulation facilities in Abu Dhabi.

Is first-aid training required?
UAE employers are expected to maintain first-aid readiness; our programs help you align with Abu Dhabi ADPHC/OSHAD Codes and the Dubai First Aid Manual (if you later engage in Dubai). Your package includes certificates and records for audits.

How many staff per session?

  • Bronze (½-day): up to 20 staff

  • Silver (full day): up to 25 staff

  • Gold (full day + audit/report): scope-dependent; we’ll advise

Languages?
English and Arabic delivery available.

What’s included?
Trainers, manikins/AED trainers, consumables, certificates, and a short readiness report (audit/report in Gold).

How do we book a date or get a quote?

Pricing & payment methods?
Transparent package pricing on the Workplace page; we accept card payment and company invoice/PO.

Reschedule/cancellation?
Free reschedule ≥7 days; fees may apply inside 48h or for no-shows—see /policies.

Records for compliance?
Yes—attendance lists, certificate logs, and (for audits) our site-specific recommendations.

Family & Community (Parents · Nannies · Carers)

Why should we take this course?
In home emergencies, you are the first responder. The first minutes matter—practiced, simple steps beat panic.

What will we learn?
Infant/child CPR & AED, choking relief, anaphylaxis/EpiPen, bleeding control & burns, head injuries, drowning response, and what to do for fever/seizures—all hands-on with scenarios.

Where is it delivered?
At your home, nursery/school, or our simulation facilities (Abu Dhabi).

How long and how many people?

  • Home workshop: ~2–2.5h, up to 10 people (can extend for larger groups)

  • Nursery/school parent session: 90 min or 3 hours with skills stations

Is there a certificate?
Yes—non-clinical certificates of completion are issued after the session.

Languages?
English and Arabic.

What should we prepare at home?
A clear living-room space for mats and manikins; we bring the kit and handouts.

How do we book?
Book directly at /family/book or see open group dates on /calendar.

Pricing & payment methods?
Prices are on the Family page; pay online by card (invoices available for schools/PTAs).

Reschedule/cancellation?
Free reschedule ≥72h before a home session. Short-notice changes may incur a fee—see /policies.

General

Are the courses clinical?
No—non-clinical education for readiness. CME courses are educational and skills-based; no clinical treatment is provided.

Do you keep our data private?
Yes—attendance and certificates are stored securely and handled per UAE PDPL. See /legal.

Accessibility & safety?
Please tell us any mobility or health considerations in advance; we adapt stations to keep training safe and inclusive (pregnancy-safe options available).

Evening/weekend availability?
Yes—popular for workplaces and families. Check /calendar or request a slot.

Can you build a refresher plan?
Absolutely—annual or semi-annual refreshers and short drill sessions are available.
